Sheoaks: At Sheoaks we have 3 rooms, all with ensuites. No spas as we collect our own rainwater. Coles Bay’s average rainfall is only 22 inches/year and we've had drought conditions for some years. One room has a queen sized bed. The other two have split king beds, i.e. they can be either 2 long single beds (twin) or one king sized bed.
