| Enjoy some Sparkling on Arrival then we embark on a wonderful tasting of the Pooley range in the historic surroundings complimented with some famous Tasmanian delicacies including Smoked Salmon Pate`, Game Terrine, Seasonal Fruits and Famous Cheese's. | |||
| Pooley are renowned especially for their Rieslings, Pinot Grigio & Pinot Noir's, which we will enjoy some lunch in a beautiful historic setting with even more delicacies and freshly baked bread. | |||

Arguably the first commercial vineyard and winery in Tasmania and now home to the finest Art gallery in Australia. Our visit to Moorilla Estate includes a behind the scenes winery tour with a glass of Sparkling, Tank and Barrel tasting unravelling the mysteries of the wine industry we have discussed throughout the day. After the behind the scenes tour we try even more wine at the cellar door. You may instead visit MONA (the gallery) and pass on the behind the scenes tour and tasting. To view the gallery properly you will require more than 1.5 hours, but it will be a good opportunity to revisit or to whet your palate for another day's return. |
