1) Cancellation within 24 hours of departure will forfeit 100% of booking. Cancellation within 48 hours of departure will forfeit 50% of Booking. Large Group booking deposits are Non-Refundable.

2) Long Lunch Tour Co accepts no responsibility for loss, sickness or injury, delays or difficulties that may arise through the duration of the tour.

3) Consumption of alcohol on the bus will not be tolerated and will result in exclusion of tour. Offensive /lewd behaviour or inappropriate costumes will not be allowed on the bus or at venues
as you are representing The Long Lunch Tour Co in public.

4) Drinking responsibly is a major focus of the Long Lunch Tour Co.

5) Pick up and drop off from local Coles Bay accommodation for Freycinet Tours. Bicheno and Swansea pick-ups are also available.
